Neighborhood Information - Together we will determine the neighborhoods that will work best for you and I will provide you detailed information about each of them Home Search - I will organize a detailed home search based on the neighborhood and home criteria we outlined. I will continue to provide you updates in each of these areas including drive-bys, and showings of the available homes. Make an Offer - I will take the stress out of the home buying process for you and advise you on the terms and issues of the offer. I will thoroughly explain each form so that you have a complete understanding of the paperwork. Negotiate - I will present your offer in the best possible light and negotiate on your behalf to get you the home you want at the best possible price Vendor Coordination - I will advise you on selecting the right home inspector, and contractors if needed and coordinate their efforts to ensure a smooth close. Preclose Preparation - I will coordinate and supervise document preparation and provide preclosing consulting so you know just what to expect when you go in to sign. Closing - I will preview your closing documents, resolve any last minute issues, and complete the transaction. Post Closing - Coordinate your move-in date and time, and assist with any post closing issues that may arise. |
